Terms & Conditions.
3.1 Acceptance of Terms
By participating in any activities or using the facilities of the Activities Center (“Center”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Center.
3.2 Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who meet the age and health requirements specified for each activity. Minors must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3.3 Registration & Payment
All groups must complete an activity booking form and all participants must complete a consent form prior to your stay
3.4 Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will result in removal from the Center without refund.
3.5 Health & Safety
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions. The Center is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from participation. Safety instructions must be followed at all times.
3.6 Personal Belongings
The Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Participants should secure valuables appropriately.
3.7 Facility Usage
Facilities must be used as intended. Misuse or damage may result in suspension of privileges and liability for repair costs.
3.8 Photography & Media
We may photograph or record activities for promotional purposes, but only where prior consent has been given.
3.9 Cancellations & Changes
The Center reserves the right to cancel or change activities, schedules, or terms without prior notice. Refunds or credits may be provided at the Center’s discretion.
3.10 Liability Waiver
While every effort is made to ensure a safe experience, participation in activities is at the individual’s own risk. All participants must complete a consent form acknowledging this
